My Lord, what the heck is he thinking?

Joe Biden has officially gone off his rocker.
It’s not clear if he’s flying off the handle and saying bizarre things just to maintain his “Uncle Joe” persona, or if he’s just has lost the ability to conduct himself honorably in public.

During yesterday’s 9/11 memorial event in Lancaster, PA, Biden made some extremely bizarre statements on al Qaeda, stating, rather nonchalantly, that the terrorist group could come back and that they already have in some places.

Biden defends botched Afghan withdrawal: “Can al Qaeda come back? Yeah. But guess what, it is already back other places. What’s the strategy? Any place al Qaeda is, we’re going to invade and have troops stay there? Come on." pic.twitter.com/tjpLoCfqgk

Certainly nothing more appropriate than saying the terrorist group who caused the 9/11 attacks are surely going to come back and that there’s nothing you can do about it, and saying it ON THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ATTACKS… what on earth is this buffoon doing?
And many would argue that Joe Biden himself is the one who caused al Qaeda’s resurgence.
This is all quite the contrast to Biden’s earlier statements before the U.S. left Afghanistan, where he claimed that al Qaeda was gone.
Nothing this senile fool says makes sense and he contradicts himself repeatedly.
Biden said on Aug. 20 as part of that defense that al Qaeda no longer has a presence in the country, and the president also said the U.S. had completed its mission.
“Let’s put this thing in perspective here. What interest do we have in Afghanistan at this point with al Qaeda gone?” Biden said. “We went to Afghanistan for the express purpose of getting rid of al Qaeda in Afghanistan as well as, as well as, getting Osama bin Laden. And we did. … We went and did the mission. You’ve known my position for a long, long time. It’s time to end this war.”
Pentagon spokesman John Kirby later contradicted Biden’s claim, saying al Qaeda continues to be there, although he said the group doesn’t pose a major threat to the U.S. homeland at the moment.
“We know that al Qaeda is a presence, as well as ISIS, in Afghanistan, and we’ve talked about that for quite some time. We do not believe it is exorbitantly high, but we don’t have an exact figure for you,” Kirby said.
How can he be so incredibly bad at this?
At this point, a fifth-grader would probably be able to lead this country better.
