Joe Biden will learn his lesson
The so-called President required vaccines for federal contractions in the country.
On Tuesday, federal judge Stan Baker in the US Court for the Southern District of Georgia, issued a preliminary injunction against the President’s jab mandate.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster filed the lawsuit. They were joined by other Republican attorney generals, suggesting that this jab mandate violates the 10th Amendment.
The lawsuit also discusses the fact that Biden’s jab mandate is unconstitutional because only Congress members are allowed to make rules.
Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Utah and West Virginia attorneys general joined the effort to block Biden’s mandate.
“Abuse of power by the Biden administration has been stopped cold again. The rule of law has prevailed and liberty is protected. When the president oversteps his authority the law is thankfully there to halt his misuse of power,” SC AG Wilson said.
last week, a Trump-appointed judge shut down Biden’s jab mandate for healthcare workers.
